Richard N. Azar II

Richard N. Azar II is a well-respected executive within the oil and gas industry with more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas exploration and production arena. Mr. Azar serves as President/Co-Founder of San Antonio-based Patrón Energy, LLC and Sezar Energy, LP, independent oil and gas exploration and production companies. In addition, he is a director with Petroflow Energy, Ltd., a public oil and gas company listed on the Canadian stock exchange with operations in the Hunton dewatering resource play in Oklahoma.
Since 1982, Mr. Azar’s companies have explored for, produced and operated more than 600 wells in central and south Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Azar co-founded San Antonio Gas & Oil (SAGO), which in 1985 acquired Altex Resources, Inc, a leading oil and gas exploration company. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Azar has been instrumental in developing a Hunton Dewatering Resource play in central Oklahoma through his ownership/partnership in Altex Resources, Inc. Altex Resources was sold to a Canadian Energy Trust in March 2006. Mr. Azar remains active in the exploration of the Hunton Resource play.
His additional business pursuits and interests include real estate development, aviation, ranching and sport activities. Mr. Azar’s various investments include real estate, restaurants, gaming and banking. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduated with a BBA and distinguished military graduate honors in 1969. Mr. Azar serves as a Director for both the San Antonio-based Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research and the Southwest Blood and Tissue Center. Mr. Azar currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and family.
Donnie B. Seay

Donnie B. Seay grew up in the oil business working with his family in various oil and gas production and marketing operations in the Central Texas area. His business investments and professional experience, which spans more than 30 years, are extensive and include oil and gas exploration and production, banking and politics. Mr. Seay currently serves as Vice President/Co-Founder of San Antonio-based Patrón Energy, LLC and Sezar Energy, LP, independent oil and gas exploration and production companies.
He served as president of Mbank of New Braunfels and was a founding director and Chairman of the Board of Citizen’s Bank of New Braunfels from its inception in 1986 to its sale to Norwest Bank in May of 1996. Mr. Seay co-founded San Antonio Gas & Oil (SAGO), which in 1985 acquired Altex Resources, Inc, a leading oil and gas exploration company. Mr. Seay has served as a member of the City Council and as Mayor of the city of New Braunfels, Texas. He was president of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Development Board. Mr. Seay has retired from banking but continues to remain extremely active in the operation of his oil and gas interests.
Mr. Seay attended the University of Texas at Austin Business School and graduated from the banking school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and family.
Paul W. Dudley

Paul W. Dudley currently serves as founder and manager of Dudley Energy, Ltd, an entity with investments in oil and gas exploration and production, real estate and technology. He also serves as a founder and officer of VEM, Inc., providing design and manufacture of interactive point of purchase solutions for large retailers such as Wal-Mart.
Mr. Dudley previously practiced Civil Trial Law, serving as founder and managing partner of Dudley, Windle, and Stevens, an El Paso, Texas law firm. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
Mr. Dudley was a member of the El Paso, Texas, and American Bar Associations. He was also recognized as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and as a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow. Mr. Dudley currently resides with his wife in El Paso and Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
Marvin G. Pipkin

Marvin G. Pipkin is senior partner of San Antonio-based law firm Pipkin, Oliver & Bradley, LLP. Mr. Pipkin is a San Antonio Bar Foundation Fellow as well as a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow. Mr. Pipkin previously served as an Advisory Board Director for several San Antonio banks including Trinity National Bank, Allied American Bank and First Interstate Bank of San Antonio. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas.
Patrick W. Dudley

Patrick W. Dudley is founder and president of Cameron/Tucker, a full-service staffing agency providing personnel solutions with offices in Dallas, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Sarasota, Tampa and San Antonio.
Since the company’s opening in 2001, Mr. Dudley has overseen the rapid growth and development of Cameron/Tucker. Under Mr. Dudley’s direction, Cameron Tucker Consulting has expanded to provide personnel for healthcare, administrative, engineering, call center, IT, financial/accounting, labor and manufacturing to companies across the United States. Cameron/Tucker has been recognized three years in a row as one of the fastest growing private companies in San Antonio.
His additional business pursuits include manufacturing, hotel development and real estate development. Mr. Dudley received his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Mr. Dudley serves on the board of both Junior Achievement and Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He currently resides with his wife and two sons in San Antonio, Texas.
