Enroll in a green energy plan

While offering traditional supply plans, Spark Energy also offers renewable energy supply plans. These renewable energy plans help balance out a building’s carbon footprint from electricity and/or natural gas use. For green electricity plans, consumers' supply is offset with 100% renewable electricity generation. For eco-friendly natural gas plans, it offers carbon-neutral natural gas by providing renewable energy offsets to neutralize the customer's natural gas use at home or the business.

Spark Energy is involved with the community

Spark Energy is active in its communities through participation with various charitable organizations that raise quality of life, help those affected by disaster and drive economic mobility. The company works with Child Advocates, Helping A Hero, Arbor Day Foundation, American Red Cross and Prepared 4 Life. In short, the supplier supports environmental, humanitarian and veteran organizations that work directly with cities and hometowns near its customers.

Call your utility during power loss

Although your competitive electricity supplier handles your energy rates, it does not hold any responsibility for service interruptions or infrastructure maintenance. If you have issues with your power, you must contact your utility and not your supplier. Be sure to keep your utility's phone number handy so in the event of a power emergency or outage, you can make the appropriate phone call.
